Privacy notice
In short: we collect only what your enquiry requires, store it on a server in Lithuania, and pass nothing to third parties. Statistics via Google Analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. No advertising cookies, no external fonts.

Visiting the website
When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (page requested, time, volume transferred, browser type, IP address). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure operation. Server logs are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
Quote configurator
We process your configurator answers, your name, your email address and optionally phone, company and message in order to send you the price range and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure).
The data is stored in a database on our server and additionally sent to us by email. To protect against automated enquiries we store your IP address exclusively as an irreversible hash.
We delete enquiries no later than 365 days after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded. Where a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply.
Contact form
The same applies to the contact form as to the configurator: we use your details solely to answer your message.
Cookies
We set a technically necessary session cookie. It protects the forms against misuse and is deleted when you close your browser. Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser's local storage; it is not sent to us.
Further cookies (from Google Analytics) are only set with your consent, see below.
Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies and records, for example, pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser. From this, Google produces anonymous usage statistics for us. GA4 does not store IP addresses.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Without consent, no Google script is loaded.
Fonts and external services
All fonts are served from our own server. No content is loaded from Google Fonts, CDNs or social networks. The only exception is Google Analytics, and only after your consent.
Processors
We use Hostinger operations, UAB, Švitrigailos g. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania for hosting and email delivery. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in Lithuania.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A message to info@rimkus-systems.com is enough.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, usually the one where you live or where we are based.
Encryption
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Your input is encrypted in transit.
